Podpisano umowę o udzielenie dotacji nr PBU.04.01.00-UA-0240/17-00 w sprawie realizacji projektu: Działanie monitoring wizualny przejścia granicznego.
W ramach Programu Współpracy Transgranicznej Polska – Białoruś – Ukraina 2014 – 2020 w ramach Europejskiego Instrumentu Sąsiedztwa, podpisano umowę o grant. Umowę zawarło: reprezentujące Polskę: Ministerstwo Inwestycji i Rozwoju, jako instytucja zarządzająca programem współpracy transgranicznej oraz będąca głównym beneficjentem - Państwowa Służba Graniczna Ukrainy.
Celem niniejszej umowy jest udzielenie dofinansowania przez instytucje zarządzającą jaką jest Ministerstwo Inwestycji i Rozwoju na realizację projektu zgodnie z jego opisem. Główny beneficjent - Państwowa Służba Graniczna Ukrainy, jest odpowiedzialny za realizację projektu zgodnie z odpowiednimi wymogami prawnymi.
The grant Agreement nr PBU.04.01.00-UA-0240/17-00 regarding the construction of the project: Undertaking – visual monitoring border cossing point was signed.
In the context of the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020, under the European Neighbourhood Instrument, the grant Agreement was signed. The Agreement was concluded between: representing Poland the Ministry of Investment and Development as the managing authority of the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme and the principal beneficiary – the Ukrainian State Border Service.
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide funding for realisation of the project according to its description by the managing authority - the Ministry of Investment and Development. The principal beneficiary - the Ukrainian State Border Service is responsible for the project realisation in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

Beneficjenci projektu PBU.04.01.00-UA-0240/17-00: Nadbużański Oddział Straży Granicznej oraz Państwowa Służba Graniczna Ukrainy podpisali umowę partnerską.
Umowa Partnerska w sprawie realizacji projektu: Działanie monitoring wizualny przejścia granicznego, reguluje zasady i procedury współpracy oraz wzajemne zobowiązania Stron podczas realizacji Projektu. Ponadto niniejsza Umowa określa wymogi dotyczące prawidłowego zarządzania przez Strony współfinansowaniem przyznanym na realizację Projektu, a także warunki dotyczące odzyskiwania przez Beneficjenta Wiodącego od Beneficjentów niesłusznie wydatkowanych kwot.

Nadbużański Border Guard Regional Unit and Ukrainian State Border Service as the beneficiaries of the project PBU.04.01.00-UA-0240/17-00 signed the Partnership Agreement.
Partnership Agreement about the construction of the project: Undertaking – visual monitoring border cossing point governs the rules and procedures relating to the cooperation and mutual obligations of the Parties during the project implementation. Furthermore, this Agreement specifies the requirements for orderly management by the Parties of co-financing granted for the project realisation. It determines conditions under which the the Lead Beneficiary recovers from the Beneficiaries wrongly spent amounts.
